Knowing your audience is table stakes. Understanding their psychology is the actual game. If you don't know what keeps them up at 2am, we can't write a hook that stops the scroll.

No "everyone" answers allowed. Be uncomfortably specific.
Write it the way THEY would say it, not the way you would. Their words, their energy, their level of desperation
People buy outcomes, not services. Give us both.
List your top 2 to 3 real objections. These need to be addressed in the script.

03  BRAND VOICE & ENERGY

Your content should be unmistakably you. If someone could swap your name for any other creator's and the video still makes sense, we need to fix that.

Mixing too many tones is why content feels 'off.' Pick what serves this specific video's goal.
This defines the emotional outcome of the video. If you can't complete it, we don't have enough clarity yet.
As important as knowing what you want is knowing what you don't. List any tones, styles, or vibes that are off-brand or off-putting for your audience.
Think: celebrity mix, mentor archetype, or describe someone you know who embodies your brand energy.

04  VIDEO TYPE & FORMAT

Format follows function. The wrong format for the right message still loses. Let's make sure structure serves the story.
